Unless stated otherwise, we offer a limited guarantee for 30 days from the date of shipment. If you feel that an item is not as described or does not function properly, simply return it to us immediately with ALL original packaging and contents and we will either send you a replacement or refund your purchase price. Please note that we cannot honor this guarantee if any of the original packaging or contents are missing, or if an item shows obvious signs of use or neglect. Items returned for reasons other than discrepancies in description or lack of functionality will only be accepted if they are in an unopened/unused condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. At no time will we issue a partial refund without return of the product.
BACKORDERS AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally, an item will be out-of-stock or backordered before we are able to update the status of the product. When this happens, you will be contacted as quickly as possible and you'll be given the option of canceling your order. If you choose to cancel, your payment will be immediately refunded.
We make every effort to get your package in the mail as soon as possible, typically the same or next business day after payment has been received. You'll receive an e-mail from us indicating that your package has shipped. If shipping is going to be delayed for some reason, we'll e-mail you and let you know. Items that are not kept in stock may have delayed shipments of 14 days or more. This will be clearly noted in the item description.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
In the rare case that an insured item is damaged during shipping, return the item to us and we'll immediately send you a replacement or refund your money. We're sorry, but we cannot let customers handle insurance claims on their own. Broken or damaged items must be returned to us.
RETURNING ITEMS TO US
Before returning an item to us, please e-mail us at RMA@SuperShopOnline.com so we can give you a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number should be clearly displayed on the package you send back to us. This will ensure that your refund or exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items during return shipping, so we strongly suggest that you insure the item(s) and use some method of shipment tracking.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
We accept Google Checkout and PayPal payments. All orders paid for with PayPal typically ship out the same day or the next business day unless otherwise noted in the auction listing. PayPal payments with unconfirmed addresses are subject to denial at our discretion.
SHIPPING POLICY - DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship all domestic orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. For fastest delivery, we ship all packages via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground within the United States. Insurance is included in Shipping & Handling fees.
SHIPPING POLICY - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. we cannot ship to certain countries which include (but are not limited to) the following: Bulgaria, Indonesia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, and Yugoslavia. Please contact us for shipping rates to other countries. We use USPS or UPS for all international shipments, and shipping insurance is mandatory for all international orders. Payment of customs duties, taxes, and tariffs is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, but due to legal issues we cannot mark items as "gifts" or show less than the actual sales price of the goods on the Customs form.
ARIZONA SALES TAX
We must charge sales tax of 8.1% for items shipped to addresses within Arizona.
